Cardoncelli mushrooms in oil

This type of mushroom is typical of the Murgia area in Bari, cultivated in the open field and characterised by a light and tasty flavour. Once harvested from red earth rich in iron, which gives a unique delicacy to the product, they are processed in the same day to maintain the freshness, colour and that strongly characterising scent. They are placed by expert hands in glass jars with extra virgin olive oil, without any preservatives and dyes.
