The artichokes in oil of the Oleifici Rotondo are crunchy, delicate and truly unique. They have an authentic apulian flavour due to the combination of our extra virgin olive oil and artichoke from Brindisi. This is not a common type of vegetable, but a unique variety of artichokes that grows only in specific areas of the land of Brindisi.

A speciality scrupulously prepared by expert hands with loving attention, homemade as it was made in the past. Freshly picked after a careful selection of the product, the artichokes are washed by hand and then immediately boiled in vinegar to make them more appetising.
To increase their sublime character and their tender texture some mint leaves are added to the recipe. No chemicals preservatives are used in the preparation.
