This oil, called “16th of December”, date when the olives have been harvested and milled, is an homage to our tradition, culminating in this occasion on the anniversary of the arrival of the image of the ” Madonna della Madia”, Saint patron of Monopoli.
Each bottled is hand-numbered, to further enhance the exclusivity of this limited edition oil. On the back label, a QR code will directly tranport you in the field where the Pechioline olives have been picked, as a mean to grant traceability and certify the origin.
