The Tour will take you on a fascinating journey through time and nature. From the historic Masseria S. Barbara, dating back to the late 19th century, continuing with a walk among the majestic centuries-old olive trees, the courtyard, the beating heart of rural life, and the precious and historic hypogean mill, where history and tradition meet. The adventure will continue in the new Oleifici Rotondo Luigi company, with an excursion among the young trees in full production and a visit to the state-of-the-art mill. You will taste our products, including four freshly pressed oils, learning to distinguish their characteristics, and handmade typical Apulian products, all while your gaze wanders towards the sea horizon that can be seen between the olive trees.

- walk among the young trees in full production with a description of the cultivation phases;
- visit to the state-of-the-art mill during the oil processing;
- tasting of four freshly pressed EVO oils with an explanation of the differences, characteristics, and proper tasting techniques;
- tasting of handmade products: homemade taralli, olives in brine, crudités, friselline, focaccia, a typical Apulian dish (cialledda or crudaiola), and a glass of local wine;
