Dream… the sun kissing Puglia, the intoxicating scent of centuries-old olive trees, and the authentic taste of extra virgin olive oil. Our family’s passion will accompany you on a journey to discover our mid-20th century farmhouse, then among the ancient olive trees, and finally to discover the secrets of cultivation and the modern mill. You will taste four types of our olive oil, learning to distinguish the different varieties and how to perform a perfect tasting.

Includes:

• visit to the mid-20th century farmhouse (at OLEIFICI ROTONDO LUIGI);
• walk among young olive trees, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens;
• visit to the modern mill;
• tasting of four freshly pressed EVO oils, explanation of the differences, characteristics, and proper tasting techniques;
• tasting of handmade products: tomato and basil bruschetta, homemade taralli, olives in brine, crudités, a typical Apulian dish (cialledda or crudaiola), and a glass of local wine;
