The main characteristic of the “Piccantino” paté is its intense flavour give by the chilli. But its exaltation is given by the right combination of dried tomatoes, eggplants and peppers.
Without chemical preservatives, once opened it can be stored in the pantry by covering the product with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
For the tasting:
An ideal speciality for croutons, pasta, bread or pizza and as a dressing for boiled or roasted meat or fish.
